A small fee may be required for longer trips. You also get to choose your preferences, like a premium detergent, and all orders come with damage and loss protection.
Yes, in order to offer such low pricing (just $1.70 per pound!), we require a minimum order of just $49.
Don’t worry! We offer a same-day, 8-hour rush delivery option that can get your ready-to-wear laundry back to you in hours. Orders must be placed by 1pm. Same-day, 8-hour rush delivery is $2.20 per pound with a minimum order of $59. (Not available on Sundays).
We work with pretty much everything that fits in a standard residential washer and dryer. We charge a flat fee of $12 per non-clothing item to keep things easy, breezy, lemon-squeezy.
Please note we are UNABLE to launder these items: shoes, pillows, floor mats, rugs with rubber backings, and bathroom rugs.
