We weigh all laundry before the washing process. Larger items like blankets are priced individually.
For everyone’s safety, we can’t accept items contaminated with bodily fluids, mold or mildew, excessive pet hair, or hazardous chemicals, and we don’t handle leather, suede, or dry-clean-only garments. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask before your pickup.
Yes. All laundry specialists are screened, vetted, and ID verified.
Scheduling & Pickup.
When you place your order, you’ll schedule the pickup day that works for you. Our driver runs an efficient route through your area and will text you when he’s on the way, so you’re never stuck waiting. Just have your bag ready by the door.
No — just leave your bag by the door on your scheduled pickup day. We’ll text you once it’s been picked up, and your fresh, folded laundry is delivered right back to your door.
If you forget to leave your bag out and our driver can’t collect it, a $14.95 missed-pickup fee applies to cover the trip. Just reschedule and we’ll grab it on your next available day. Let us know before your pickup day and there’s no charge.
Plans change — no problem. Reschedule or cancel any time before your pickup day at no charge. Just reply to your reminder text or update your order, and we’ll set you up for the next available day.
Absolutely. Add any notes — detergent preference, stain spots, delicates, or how you’d like things folded — when you place your order, and our team will follow them.
Yes! You can upgrade to a premium detergent while choosing your laundry preferences.
We treat your laundry like our own. If something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Yes — just a $39.95 minimum per order, so we can keep our pricing low and pickups worth the trip.
In addition to barely ever having to think about your laundry again, you’ll get 10% OFF every order that’s a part of recurring service.
We work with pretty much everything that fits in a standard residential washer and dryer. We charge a flat fee of $12 per non-clothing item to keep things easy, breezy, lemon-squeezy.
Please note we are UNABLE to launder these items: shoes, pillows, floor mats, rugs with rubber backings, and bathroom rugs.
